| In 1590, Saga, Nabeshima Naoshige revolted againt his load the Ryuuzouji and ruled Saga district. It is called 'Nabeshima soudou (Nabeshima disturbance)'. After then, many misterious accident happened often around the Nabeshimas. In 1853, Segawa Jokou 3rd wrote the kabuki-play "Hana Saga neko mata zoushi (the fine city of Saga cat monster story)" based on this case. He added the episode of cat monster. |
